My coaching is calm, practical and reflective. I don’t rush or push. Instead, I offer supportive conversations that help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen confidence and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

One-to-one coaching

One-to-one coaching offers dedicated, confidential space to explore what’s changing, what feels out of balance, and what you want to move towards.

People come to 1:1 coaching for support with:

Reset & Rise

Reset and Rise is a calm, structured coaching programme for men and women in midlife who are carrying a lot — work, family, responsibility — and are realising they don’t want to keep pushing in the same way. It supports those who feel capable on the outside but quietly tired or disconnected inside, and want a steadier, more sustainable way forward.

A 6-week coaching journey for women who don’t feel like themselves anymore — and want support finding their way back.

Menopause can feel like more than a physical change.


For many women, it brings emotional shifts, mental overload, changes in confidence, and a quiet sense of disconnection from who they are.

Finding Me in Menopause is for women who are still functioning on the outside — but feel unsettled, flatter, or less like themselves underneath.

This programme isn’t about fixing you or pushing through.


It’s about understanding what’s changing, softening the load you’re carrying, and gently reconnecting with yourself during this transition.

This is menopause support that’s calm, human, and grounded — treating menopause as a transition, not a decline.

Stronger Together

A self-paced program for men navigating menopause with their partner

Stronger Together is a self-led resource designed to help men better understand menopause and strengthen connection with their partner.

Focus areas include:

  • Understanding menopause and its impact

  • Communication and emotional awareness in relationships

  • Recognizing your own responses and needs

  • Strengthening mutual understanding

This program is self-paced and does not include coaching sessions.
