CORPORATE WELLBEING

Coaching, movement and menopause-informed wellbeing support — delivered thoughtfully for individuals, teams and organisations.

A grounded, inclusive approach to workplace wellbeing

I offer corporate wellbeing support that is calm, considered and human. My work is about creating space for people to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves, whether that’s through coaching, mindset work or movement.

I work with individuals, teams and organisations to provide support that feels accessible and relevant, rather than prescriptive. Sessions are shaped around real working lives and the people in the room, and are delivered in a way that feels inclusive, grounded and supportive.

My approach draws on experience across coaching, Pilates and menopause-informed wellbeing, allowing me to offer support that considers both mental and physical wellbeing, without overcomplicating or overwhelming.

My work is also informed by my background as a physiotherapist, where I have first-hand experience supporting women through menopause in a clinical setting. This experience shapes how I approach coaching, mindset work and wellbeing conversations in the workplace, bringing insight, sensitivity and a grounded understanding of the challenges people may be navigating.

Sessions can be tailored for:

  • individuals

  • teams

  • leadership groups

  • mixed or single-focus audiences

Coaching at work

I offer coaching within organisations to support people navigating change, pressure, confidence challenges and transitions — personally or professionally.

Coaching can include:

  • one-to-one coaching sessions

  • group coaching or facilitated discussions

  • confidence and mindset coaching

  • support during periods of change or growth

Coaching offers structured space to reflect, build self-awareness and develop practical strategies that support both wellbeing and performance.

MENOPAUSE-INFORMED WORKPLACE SUPPORT

Menopause coaching and support at work

Menopause can significantly impact confidence, energy, focus and wellbeing at work — yet many people feel unsupported or unsure how to navigate this stage professionally.

I offer menopause-informed coaching and wellbeing sessions that:

  • support individuals experiencing menopause

  • increase understanding and confidence for managers and teams

  • create space for honest, practical conversations

  • focus on wellbeing, confidence and self-trust rather than medicalised solutions

This work can be delivered through:

  • coaching sessions

  • group workshops

  • integrated wellbeing programmes

PILATES & MOVEMENT IN THE WORKPLACE

Pilates and movement for workplace wellbeing

I also offer Pilates and movement sessions within corporate wellbeing programmes, supporting physical wellbeing alongside mindset and resilience.

Movement sessions can:

  • support posture, mobility and physical comfort

  • reduce tension and stress

  • improve focus and energy

  • complement coaching and wellbeing initiatives

Pilates and movement can be offered:

  • as standalone sessions

  • alongside coaching and wellbeing work

  • as part of a wider wellbeing programme

All sessions are inclusive, accessible and adapted to suit the workplace setting.

HOW SESSIONS ARE DELIVERED

How corporate wellbeing sessions work

Corporate wellbeing support can be delivered:

  • in person or online

  • as one-off sessions or short programmes

  • as part of a wider wellbeing strategy

Sessions are designed collaboratively, based on organisational needs, capacity and goals.
