INTRO

I’m Susie — a coach and highly experienced Pilates teacher. I work with individuals, groups and organisations, supporting people through periods of change, transition and recalibration.

My work is grounded, practical and reflective, creating space for people to reconnect with themselves, build confidence and move forward with clarity.

My approach

I work calmly and intentionally. I don’t rush people or push outcomes.

Whether through coaching, Pilates, retreats or workplace wellbeing, my focus is on creating space — space to think, move, reflect and reset.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel supported, understood and able to work at their own pace

How corporate wellbeing sessions work

Corporate wellbeing support can be delivered:

  • in person or online

  • as one-off sessions or short programmes

  • as part of a wider wellbeing strategy

Sessions are designed collaboratively, based on organisational needs, capacity and goals.
