About Susie

Physiotherapist. Coach. Calm in the Chaos.

I’m a physiotherapist with over 25 years’ experience, and a certified life and wellbeing coach. I work in two distinct roles, offering physiotherapy and coaching as separate services, depending on what support someone needs.

Physiotherapy

My physiotherapy work focuses on women’s health. I support people through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, menopause, and pelvic health challenges with evidence-based, compassionate clinical care.

This work is practical, physical, and clinically focused — helping people understand their bodies, reduce pain or symptoms, and regain confidence in movement and function.

Coaching

Alongside physiotherapy, I also work as a coach, supporting women and men through periods of change that affect confidence, identity, relationships, and wellbeing.

My coaching work is separate from physiotherapy. It’s a non-clinical, conversational space focused on reflection, clarity, and personal growth — particularly during life transitions such as midlife, returning to work, relationship changes, or feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

I came to coaching through my own experience. A few years ago, while growing my business, I worked with a coach myself. That experience shifted how I thought, built my confidence, and helped me lead myself forward with more calm and self-trust. Because of its impact, I trained as a coach.

Physiotherapy and coaching are provided as separate services and are not delivered simultaneously.

My Philosophy- How I work

I keep things simple and supportive.

Whether I’m working with someone as a physio or as a coach, I meet them where they are. No pressure, no fixing — just helping people feel more like themselves again.

I believe change doesn’t have to be dramatic or overwhelming.

It often starts with small steps, good conversations, and space to pause and breathe.

My job is to give you that space — and to walk alongside you while you figure out what’s next.

Physiotherapy

I qualified with a BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy degree in 2000. I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. I offer both musculoskeletal and pelvic health Physiotherapy services.

Pilates

I qualified as a Pilates Instructor in 2016. I have trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and have completed the Matwork repertoire, Antenatal and Postnatal course and many more. I love teaching pilates classes and promoting posture, strength and flexibility with pilates postures.

Certified Coach

I trained as a coach with One of Many in 2022, completing their Certified Women’s Coach programme.

This training deepened my understanding of confidence, identity, leadership, and the transitions many women experience — particularly around maternity, midlife, and menopause.

While much of my early coaching work focused on women, the principles of this training now inform my wider coaching practice — supporting both women and men through periods of change, growth, and increased self-awareness.

I offer coaching through 1:1 sessions, group programmes, workshops, and courses, always with a calm, supportive, and reflective approach.

Mummy MOT

I became a Certified Mummy MOT practitioner in 2016. I beleive every women deserves a thorough postnatal assessment after childbirth and all the body changes that this can bring.
