You don’t need more to do.

You need a moment to stop.

Most women I work with aren’t doing too little.

They’re doing a lot.
Holding a lot.
Managing a lot.

And somewhere in all of that, it becomes hard to hear yourself clearly.

Reset Sessions are a chance to step out of the noise —
not just to relax, but to notice what’s really going on underneath.

Because change doesn’t start with pushing harder.

It starts with pausing long enough to see what needs to shift.

This isn’t just a reset

It’s a moment to wake up to yourself again.

To notice:

  • how you’re actually feeling (not just what you’re getting through)

  • where your energy has been going

  • what feels out of sync

  • what you might need more, or less of

And from there…

to begin responding differently
in small, honest, doable ways

What happens in a Reset Session

Each Reset Session follows the same calm, predictable structure:

Arrival & orientation
A gentle welcome and clear outline of the session so you know what to expect.

Mindful Pilates (approx. 45 minutes)
A steady, body-led Pilates practice designed to support grounding, ease, and awareness rather than intensity or performance.

Tea break (10–15 minutes)
A chance to pause, enjoy a drink and reset before moving into the reflection session.

Reflective practice (approx. 45 minutes)
Guided journalling prompts and quiet reflection to support clarity and insight — entirely within yourself.
Grounded close
A short settling pause to integrate the experience and return to the day feeling more centred.

You are always invited to take part in a way that feels right for you. Movement and rest are both welcome.

Who Reset Sessions are for

Reset Sessions may be especially helpful if you:

  • Feel constantly busy or overhwleme

  • Want to reconnect with your body

  • Need time to pause and breathe

  • Are navigating a busy life, work or family responsibilities

  • Simply want an hour to yourself

    You don’t need to talk, share, or explain yourself.

These sessions are intentionally inclusive and open to all genders.

What Reset Sessions are not

To keep the space safe and clear, Reset Sessions are not:

  • a high-energy fitness class

  • mental health treatment

  • group sharing or discussion

  • meditation or altered-state practices

The reflective elements are coaching-informed, non-directive, and focused on awareness rather than analysis.

You don’t need to come with anything figured out.

👉 Just a willingness to pause… and be honest with yourself.

What women often notice

Not a dramatic transformation.

But something quieter… and more meaningful.

  • a sense of clarity where things felt foggy

  • feeling more like themselves again

  • recognising what they need (and allowing that to matter)

  • the beginnings of small, different choices

Because when you can hear yourself again…
you naturally start to live differently. The reflective elements are coaching-informed, non-directive, and focused on awareness rather than analysis.

Ways to attend

Reset Sessions are offered in a variety of formats:

  • Midweek Reset – daytime, in-person

  • Evening Reset – after-work wind-down

  • Weekend Reset- at a weekend to reset

  • City Reset – occasional sessions in central venues

Each format follows the same core structure, with timing and tone adapted to suit the moment.

The intention

  • Reset Sessions are intentionally simple.

    Because most of us don’t need more complexity.

    We need:

    👉 space
    👉 honesty
    👉 and a small shift in how we respond to ourselves

Your Reset Kit

As part of the session you will receive your own Reset Kit, which includes everything you need for the reflection and journalling part of the experience.

What to bring

• Your own exercise mat
• A water bottle
Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and relaxation

Important Information

  • Reset Sessions are wellbeing sessions and are not physiotherapy or medical treatment.

  • Booking is required in advance and spaces are limited.

  • A health form must be completed before attending.

  • Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable / non-transferable.
