Led by a highly experienced Pilates teacher, my Pilates work supports strength, mobility and awareness — offered through mini retreats and corporate wellbeing settings.

Pilates has been a central part of my professional work for many years.
I offer Pilates as a standalone service and also bring Pilates together with mindset work within mini retreats and corporate wellbeing programmes.

This integrated approach supports both physical strength and mental resilience, helping people feel more connected, capable and confident in their bodies and in themselves.

How I offer Pilates

Pilates within Reset Sessions

Pilates forms an integral part of my Reset Sessions, where movement is combined with reflection, mindset work and space to reset.

These sessions are designed to:

  • support strength and mobility

  • encourage body awareness and confidence

  • complement reflective and mindset-focused work

  • help people reconnect with themselves

Pilates in corporate wellbeing

I also offer Pilates within corporate wellbeing packages, supporting employees with accessible, inclusive movement sessions.

Corporate Pilates can:

  • support posture and mobility

  • reduce physical tension

  • improve focus and energy

  • contribute to sustainable wellbeing at work

Sessions can be adapted to suit different settings, abilities and organisational needs

Online Pilates resources (coming later)

In time, I will be offering paid online Pilates resources, designed to support focused goals such as:

  • core and abdominal strength

  • shoulder stability and upper body strength

  • short, structured challenges

  • supportive programmes to dip into alongside everyday life

These will be self-paced and accessible, with no expectation of live attendance or ongoing commitment.
