I work with organisations to deliver coaching, workshops and movement sessions that support wellbeing in a practical, thoughtful and engaging way. Whether your team is navigating change, building confidence, supporting women through menopause or simply looking to invest in wellbeing, every session is tailored to the people in the room.

As a chartered physiotherapist with over 25 years’ experience and a certified coach, I bring together clinical understanding, coaching skills and practical workplace experience. My work is grounded in evidence but delivered in a way that feels human, approachable and relevant.

I work with individuals, teams and organisations to provide support that feels accessible and relevant, rather than prescriptive. Sessions are shaped around real working lives and the people in the room, and are delivered in a way that feels inclusive, grounded and supportive.
