FINDING ME IN MENOPAUSE

A 6-week programme for women who don’t feel like themselves anymore and want help finding their way back.

You’re not imagining it.

The tiredness that feels different from ordinary tired. The irritability that arrives without warning. The patience that used to come easily and now has to be consciously found. The sense that the way you’ve been living -always available, always coping, always putting yourself last, no longer quite fits.

Menopause changes more than your body. For many women it changes their whole sense of who they are. And yet most women navigate that shift completely alone, pushing through, managing, telling themselves they’re fine.

You don’t have to do that.

Finding Me in Menopause is a grounded, honest six-week coaching journey for women who sense this phase is asking something deeper of them. Not a symptom checklist. Not toxic positivity. Just a calm, supported space to pause long enough to hear yourself again; and begin responding differently.

I created this programme after years of sitting with women in my clinic and coaching sessions who were feeling exactly this way. And at 47, navigating perimenopause myself, I understand it from the inside too.

When menopause feels like more than a physical change

Menopause often brings changes in sleep, energy, mood, and resilience.

But for many women, something else shifts too.

Your tolerance for pushing drops.

Old ways of coping feel less effective.

What once worked no longer fits.

Being told to “just get through it” feels unhelpful — and incomplete.

Because menopause isn’t only a physical transition.

It’s a psychological and identity shift as well.

Finding Me in Menopause supports women to meet this phase with understanding, confidence, and a clearer sense of how they want to live from here.

Who this programme is for

This programme is for you if:

• You don’t feel like yourself anymore and don’t know why

• Menopause or perimenopause has left you feeling emotionally off-balance

• You feel lost, flat, overwhelmed or disconnected from who you used to be

• You’re tired of pushing through and pretending you’re fine

• You want support that feels calm, human and grounded

• You want to feel steadier, clearer and more like you again

You don’t need to be in crisis.

You don’t need to have the “right” symptoms.

You just need to recognise that something has changed and you don’t want to navigate it alone.

What this programme offers

What Finding Me in Menopause offers

This programme doesn’t treat menopause as a problem to fix.

It supports you to:

• understand the deeper shift this phase brings

• rebuild steadiness when emotions and energy feel unpredictable

• let go of outdated expectations about who you should be now

• trust yourself again — in your body, decisions, and instincts

• move forward without forcing or shrinking yourself

This is not about pushing through.

It’s about re-orienting — so life feels more grounded, coherent, and yours again.Finding Me in Menopause is a 6-week coaching journey designed to support you emotionally and mentally through menopause, while honouring the physical changes happening in your body.

Over six weeks, you’ll be gently supported to:

• Understand what menopause is doing to your emotions, energy and sense of self

• Make sense of the internal shifts that are hard to explain to others

• Feel less overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotional responses

• Rebuild a sense of steadiness and self-trust

• Reconnect with who you are now, not who you used to be

• Move forward feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded

This is a space to slow down, reflect and be supported — without pressure to “improve” or “push through”.

Who this programme is for (and who it isn’t)

This programme is for you if:

• You’re tired of menopause being framed as decline or endurance

• You sense this phase is asking you to live differently, not harder

• You feel emotionally unsettled or slightly disconnected from yourself

• You’re functioning on the surface but want more internal steadiness

• You want support that is intelligent, grounded, and adult

This programme is not for you if:

• You’re only looking for symptom checklists

• You want someone else to tell you what to do

• You’re not open to reflecting on the deeper questions this phase brings

Finding Me in Menopause is designed for women who want to engage with this transition — thoughtfully and honestly.

What changes over six weeks

Over six weeks, women often move from:

• feeling unsettled → feeling grounded

• second-guessing → trusting themselves again

• pushing through → responding with intention

• carrying everything → understanding what they need

• coping → living with steadier confidence

This isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about reconnecting with yourself as you are now — and moving forward from there.

What women often take away

Women often describe feeling:

• more emotionally steady

• clearer about what matters now

• more confident in their decisions

• less willing to abandon themselves

• Less overwhelmed and reactive

• more at ease — and more powerful within this stage of life

This isn’t about going back.

It’s about going forward as yourself.
