The 6-Week Journey

Week 1 — Wake Up

Pause long enough to notice what’s really going on and where you are right now.

Week 2 - The stories you tell yourself

Explore the beliefs, expectations and “shoulds” that may be shaping your life more than you realise.

Week 3 — Rebuilding Self Trust

Reconnect with your values, strengths and inner steadiness.

Week 4- Giving Yourself Permission

Identify where you’ve been holding back and what it would mean to choose differently.

Week 5 — Take Action

Start making small, deliberate changes that reflect who you’re becoming.

Week 6 — Rise


Create a clear, sustainable way forward that feels aligned with the life you want to live.
