Womens Coaching Programmes
Â
There are times in life when something shifts — not always visibly, but internally.
Women’s coaching offers a calm, supportive space to explore confidence, identity, work, and life transitions, without pressure to have everything figured out.
This is non-clinical coaching, offered separately from physiotherapy, and designed to meet you where you are.
Â
Who is this for

Frequently Asked Questions
Â
Is coaching therapy or counselling?
No. Coaching is not therapy or counselling.
Coaching is a non-clinical, reflective process focused on awareness, clarity, and self-leadership. It’s about understanding what’s happening for you now and exploring how you want to move forward, rather than analysing the past or treating mental health conditions.
If you’re unsure whether coaching is the right support for you, you’re welcome to ask.
Do I need to have a specific goal before starting?
Â
No. Many people come to coaching because they don’t yet have clarity.
It’s very common to begin coaching feeling unsure, stuck, or overwhelmed. Goals often emerge naturally as you slow things down and reflect.
Is coaching just for women?
No. Coaching is available to both women and men.
While some coaching programmes are designed specifically for women and certain life stages, one-to-one coaching is open to anyone navigating change, confidence, relationships, or life transitions.
How is coaching different from physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy and coaching are offered as separate services.
Physiotherapy focuses on physical assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Coaching focuses on reflection, mindset, clarity, and personal growth.
They are not delivered together in the same session.
What if I need more than the set number of sessions?
That is absouletely fine and can be agreed and discussed with SusieÂ
Â
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Coaching sessions are confidential.
The space is designed to feel safe, respectful, and supportive, allowing you to speak openly without judgement.
I’m not sure coaching is for me — what should I do?
That’s completely understandable.
If you’re unsure, you might prefer to:
