Menopause Support
Calm, grounded guidance for every stage of menopause
Welcome to the Menopause Coaching Hub
Menopause isn’t just a physical change.
It can affect your energy, your emotions, your confidence, your relationships, and the way you move through everyday life.
Many women describe this stage as unsettling or overwhelming — not always because of one specific symptom, but because something feels different, and it’s hard to explain why you don’t feel like yourself anymore.
This hub brings menopause coaching support together in one calm, supportive space — helping you understand what’s going on emotionally and mentally, reconnect with yourself, and choose the kind of support that meets you where you are.
Where would you like to start?
You don’t need to do everything at once.
Different levels of support are available, depending on what you need right now.

Stronger Together
Understanding and connection through menopause and midlife change
Menopause doesn’t just affect the person going through it - it affects relationships too.
Many women tell me that during menopause they feel:
-
misunderstood
-
emotionally exposed
-
less patient or less like themselves
-
unsure how to explain what they’re experiencing
And many partners want to help — but don’t always know how.
Stronger Together is a short, private course designed to support partners — particularly men — to better understand what menopause can bring, and how to stay connected through this stage of life.
This course is not about blame.
It’s not about fixing anyone.
And it’s not therapy.
It’s about understanding, listening, and finding steadiness when things feel different.
The course is self-paced and completely private, with short videos, simple reflections, and practical tools that can be returned to in real life — especially during moments of tension or uncertainty.
While Stronger Together is spoken primarily to men, it is also suitable for anyone who recognises themselves in the dynamic of wanting to support their partner through menopause or midlife change, including same-sex couples.
Who it’s for
Stronger Together may be helpful if:
-
menopause is affecting communication or closeness
-
one partner feels they are “walking on eggshells”
-
conversations feel harder than they used to
-
both people care, but feel out of sync
-
you want support without therapy or group discussion
How it fits alongside menopause care
As a physiotherapist, I support women through the physical changes of menopause every day.
Through this work, I also see how important it is for women to feel heard, understood, and supported at home.
Stronger Together sits alongside menopause care by addressing the relational side of this transition - helping partners understand what’s happening and how to respond with calm and compassion.
