Menopause PhysiotherapyÂ
Â
Â
Menopause can bring physical changes that affect how your body feels, moves, and functions- often in ways that aren’t talked about openly.
Â
Specialist physiotherapy can help you understand what’s happening in your body and support you to feel more confident, comfortable, and in control during this stage of life.
This is evidence-based, clinical support- focused on your physical health, symptoms, and movement.
What Menopause Physiotherapy Can Help With
Menopause physiotherapy may be helpful if you’re experiencing:
-
Pelvic floor symptoms (weakness, heaviness, prolapse, bladder or bowel changes)
-
Pain during movement, exercise, or daily activities
-
Pelvic pain or discomfort
-
Changes in posture, strength, or stability
-
Joint or muscle pain associated with hormonal changes
-
Reduced confidence in your body or movement
Every assessment is individual, and support is tailored to your specific needs and symptoms.
Â
What to Expect
