One to One Coaching

Sometimes you don’t need advice.
You need space.

One-to-one coaching offers a calm, confidential space to pause, reflect, and work out what you need next without pressure, judgement, or being told what to do.

This is non-clinical coaching support, offered separately from physiotherapy.

Who is this for?

1:1 coaching may be helpful if you’re:

  • feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step

  • navigating a period of change or transition

  • rebuilding confidence or self-trust

  • questioning identity, purpose, or direction

  • struggling to balance work, home, and your own needs

  • noticing patterns in relationships or communication you want to understand better

You don’t need a clear goal before starting.
Often clarity comes through the coaching process, not before it.

You don’t need to be in crisis to be here. You just need to know that something feels different and you want support making sense of it.

How Coaching Works

Coaching sessions are:

  • one-to-one and confidential

  • reflective and conversational

  • supportive rather than directive

  • focused on awareness, clarity, and self-leadership

My role isn’t to fix you or tell you what to do.
It’s to help you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with what matters to you.

1:1 coaching sessions are offered online.
In some circumstances, in-person sessions may be discussed and arranged at a neutral location.

Areas Coaching May Explore

Coaching can include, but isn’t limited to:

  • confidence and self-belief

  • boundaries and decision-making

  • work and career transitions

  • relationships and communication

  • identity shifts across life stages

  • menopause or midlife transitions (coaching support)

  • returning to work or redefining priorities

Sessions are always shaped around you not a formula.

Coaching & Physiotherapy

  • Coaching is offered separately from physiotherapy.

    • Physiotherapy focuses on physical assessment and treatment

    • Coaching focuses on reflection, mindset, and personal growth

If you’re unsure which type of support is most appropriate, you’re welcome to ask.

What a Session Feels Like

 Clients often describe sessions as:

  • grounding

  • clarifying

  • supportive

  • relieving

  • steady rather than intense

There’s no pressure to “perform” or reach insight quickly.
This work happens at your pace.

If something inside you is telling you it might be time to pause and reflect — that’s often enough reason to begin.

You don’t need to be in crisis.
You just need curiosity and a willingness to show up for yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is 1:1 coaching therapy or counselling?

No. Coaching is not therapy or counselling.

Coaching is a non-clinical, reflective process focused on awareness, clarity, and self-leadership. It’s about understanding what’s happening for you now and exploring how you want to move forward, rather than analysing the past or treating mental health conditions.

If you’re unsure whether coaching is the right support for you, you’re welcome to ask.

Do I need to have a specific goal before starting?

No. Many people come to coaching because they don’t yet have clarity.

It’s very common to begin coaching feeling unsure, stuck, or overwhelmed. Goals often emerge naturally as you slow things down and reflect.

Is coaching just for women?

No. Coaching is available to both women and men.

While some coaching programmes are designed specifically for women and certain life stages, one-to-one coaching is open to anyone navigating change, confidence, relationships, or life transitions.

How is coaching different from physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy and coaching are offered as separate services.

Physiotherapy focuses on physical assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Coaching focuses on reflection, mindset, clarity, and personal growth.

They are not delivered together in the same session.

How many sessions will I need?

There’s no set number.

Some people book a small number of sessions to work through something specific, while others choose ongoing support over a longer period of time. We can always review this as we go.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Coaching sessions are confidential.

The space is designed to feel safe, respectful, and supportive, allowing you to speak openly without judgement.

I’m not sure coaching is for me — what should I do?

That’s completely understandable.

If you’re unsure, you might prefer to:

  • start with a free coaching resource

  • explore one of the self-paced programmes

  • or simply get in touch with a question

There’s no pressure to decide quickly.

How do I book?
