Mum and So Much More

A supportive coaching space to help you reconnect with who you are — alongside motherhood, not instead of it

Motherhood can be deeply meaningful — and still leave you feeling lost, flat or disconnected from yourself.

You might love your children and still wonder:
Where did I go?
Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?

Mum & So Much More is a guided, reflective coaching programme designed to help you reconnect with your identity, confidence and sense of self — without guilt, pressure or comparison.

This is about remembering who you are, not reinventing yourself.

  • Who Mum & So Much More is for

This programme is for you if:

    • You feel like “mum” has taken over everything else
    • Your confidence feels different since becoming a parent
    • You struggle to prioritise yourself without guilt
    • You feel emotionally drained or disconnected
    • You want space to reflect, not to be fixed
    • You’re ready to reconnect with yourself gently and honestly

You don’t need to know what you want next.
You just need space to start listening again.

What this programme focuses on

Mum & So Much More centres on identity, confidence and self-connection.

You’ll be offered:

  • Weekly themes for reflection

  • Coaching prompts and supportive tools

  • Space to explore what matters to you

Across the programme, you’ll be supported to:

  • Explore how motherhood has shaped your identity

  • Reconnect with your values, needs and inner voice

  • Understand confidence shifts and self-doubt

  • Let go of unrealistic expectations

  • Strengthen self-compassion

  • Begin shaping a version of life that includes you again

This is quiet, meaningful work — guided, but self-led.

The Journey (themes & guidance)

Each week offers a direction rather than a prescription.

Themes may include:

  • Identity and transition

  • Confidence and self-worth

  • Boundaries and expectations

  • Reclaiming space for yourself

  • Moving forward with intention

You choose the depth, pace and focus

What you receive

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Simple tools to help you understand your emotions and energy

  • Supportive check-ins so you’re not navigating this alone

  • A calm, grounding space each week that centres you

How we work together

All coaching sessions take place over the phone or via video call, so you can join from home or wherever feels most comfortable.

Sessions are designed to feel:

  • Calm

  • Supportive

  • Grounded

  • Led by what you need that day

There’s no pressure to perform, prepare, or have the “right” things to say.

You’re welcome to have your baby with you during sessions if needed.

That said, many women find they get more from the space when they can join alone — even if that’s just a quiet room or a short window of uninterrupted time.

We can talk about what feels realistic for you

Session frequency & flexibility

I usually recommend weekly sessions, as this helps create momentum and continuity.

However, this isn’t rigid.

If fortnightly sessions or a different rhythm fits better with your routine, energy levels or childcare, we can adjust accordingly.

This is your space — the structure is there to support you, not add pressure.

How you’ll feel after 6 weeks

By the end of this coaching journey, many women tell me they feel:

  • More relaxed about pregnancy and birth choices, even when there are decisions to make

  • Less caught up in everyone else’s opinions, advice and expectations

  • More connected to their baby, and more present in the experience of being pregnant

  • More trusting of their body and its ability to do what it needs to do

  • Calmer when worries pop up, rather than spiralling into “what if” thinking

  • More confident going into birth — not because they know exactly how it will unfold, but because they trust themselves more

For many women, it’s not that fear disappears completely, it’s that it no longer runs the show.

They feel steadier, more grounded, and more like themselves as they move towards birth and early motherhood.

Frequently asked questions

Does it have to be six weeks?

No — six weeks is a suggested structure, not a fixed rule.

Many women like the rhythm of weekly sessions over six weeks, but we can absolutely adapt the time frame to suit you. Some people prefer sessions spaced out a little more, depending on life, energy levels or what else is going on.

We’ll talk it through and agree what feels realistic and supportive for you.

How are the sessions delivered?

All sessions take place over the phone or via video call, so you can join from home or wherever feels easiest.

Can I have my baby with me during sessions?

Yes — that’s completely fine.

If you’re able to join on your own, many women find they get more from the space, but we work with what’s realistic for you. There’s no judgement either way.

What if I miss a session or need to move things around?

Life happens — especially with pregnancy, motherhood and work.

Where possible, sessions can be rearranged with notice, and we’ll always try to be flexible and reasonable.

What if I’m not sure this is right for me?

That’s very common.

You’re welcome to get in touch for a short, no-pressure chat so we can talk things through and see whether it feels like a good fit. There’s no obligation to go ahead.

Is this counselling or therapy?

No — this is coaching.

The focus is on reflection, self-awareness and support in the present, rather than digging into the past or diagnosing anything. That said, it’s a calm, compassionate space where emotions are very welcome.

About Susie Rasul

I’m Susie -  a women’s health physiotherapist and coach, and someone who has worked with women for many years through all seasons of life.

Alongside my physiotherapy background, I’ve supported countless women through pregnancy, early motherhood, return to work, menopause and the many quieter transitions in between — the ones that don’t always come with a label, but still deeply affect how we feel about ourselves.

Through this work, I’ve seen again and again that:

  • Physical changes are often intertwined with emotional ones

  • Confidence can quietly shift during life transitions

  • Many women carry far more than they ever say out loud

My coaching work is grounded, compassionate and practical - shaped by both professional training and real conversations with women navigating change.

I don’t believe women need fixing.
I believe they need space, understanding, and support to reconnect with themselves - especially during times when everything feels unfamiliar or unsettled.

The work we do together is gentle but meaningful, guided but never prescriptive, always centred around you.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
You just need to feel ready to pause, and listen to yourself again.
