Women’s Health Physiotherapy
Women’s health physiotherapy supports women at many different stages of life — not just pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
Whether you’ve had children or not, are navigating menopause, recovering from surgery, or dealing with ongoing pain or changes in your body, women’s health physiotherapy offers specialist, evidence-based support focused on your experience and needs.
This is clinical, one-to-one physiotherapy care, centred on understanding your body and helping you move forward with confidence.
How Women’s Health Physiotherapy Can Help
Women’s health physiotherapy may be helpful if you are experiencing:
-
pelvic floor symptoms (bladder, bowel, prolapse concerns)
-
pelvic or lower back pain
-
abdominal or core weakness
-
changes related to menopause or perimenopause
-
recovery after gynaecological or abdominal surgery
-
ongoing pain or movement concerns
-
a loss of confidence in exercise or daily movement
Support is always individual — there is no “one size fits all”.
