Reset & Rise is built around self-awareness, mindset and confidence.

 

Over six weeks, you’ll be supported to:

  • Slow down and take stock of where you are emotionally and mentally

  • Notice the thoughts and beliefs shaping how you show up

  • Reconnect with your strengths, values and inner confidence

  • Gently shift unhelpful thinking patterns

  • Take small, brave steps forward with intention

  • Create a simple plan to carry this work into everyday life

This is quiet, meaningful work — the kind that creates lasting change.

 

What’s inside the 6-week journey 

 

Week 1: Pause & Reset

 

You’ll begin by slowing down and reflecting on where you are right now — emotionally, mentally and energetically.

This week is about awareness, not fixing.
You’ll explore what’s been weighing you down, what you want more of, and what “reset” means for you at this point in your life.

2: Mindset Filters

This week focuses on the thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back.

Using the Mindset Filter exercise, you’ll identify recurring beliefs, explore where they came from, and begin experimenting with more supportive ways of thinking.

This isn’t about positive thinking — it’s about choosing thoughts that help you move forward.

 

Week 3: Core Confidence & Resilience That Feel Human (Not Harsh)

You’ll reconnect with your strengths, values and the moments where you feel most like yourself.

Using the Core Confidence & Resilience Planner, you’ll build a clearer sense of what supports you internally and how to strengthen that foundation day to day.

Week 4: Thought Rewiring

This week deepens the mindset work.

Through journaling and reflection, you’ll notice limiting thoughts as they arise and practice creating new, more empowering narratives that better reflect who you are and what you’re capable of.

Week 5: Confidence Mapping

You’ll explore what confidence actually means to you — not what it’s “supposed” to look like.

You’ll identify environments, people and behaviours that support your confidence, and map out small, brave actions that feel realistic and aligned.

 

Week 6 —Your Rise Roadmap

In the final week, you’ll bring everything together.

You’ll reflect on what’s changed, identify the habits and practices you want to keep, and create a simple, personal roadmap for how you want to move forward.

This becomes something you can return to long after the programme ends.
