This week is about awareness rather than change — creating space to reflect on what’s been weighing on you and what you’re ready to leave behind.
Week 2 — Mindset Filters
An opportunity to gently explore the thought patterns and beliefs that shape how you see yourself and your situation.
The focus is on noticing what’s helpful and what’s no longer serving you — without judgement or pressure to “think differently”.
Week 3 — Core Confidence
Time to reconnect with your strengths, values, and the parts of you that feel most steady and familiar.
This week supports building confidence that feels grounded and human, rather than forced or performative.
Week 4 — Shifting Perspectives
A space to reflect on recurring thoughts as they arise and experiment with more supportive ways of responding to them.
The emphasis is on curiosity and awareness, not fixing or forcing change.
Week 5 — Confidence Mapping
An exploration of what confidence actually means to you.
You’ll reflect on the environments, relationships, and behaviours that support you — and consider small, realistic steps that feel aligned.
Week 6 — Your Way Forward
A gentle bringing together of what you’ve noticed over the
